Quote Preparation Fees

It is always free to book a quote visit for an electrical installation *

After our free visit, we will prepare a quote for you. Most quotes are free to prepare, but some may incur a fee. This depends on the scale and complexity of the project.

What does this mean? The vast majority of quotes we prepare are entirely free. Even for a full switchboard upgrade, we can prepare this type of quote quickly. That's because the work might be complex but the quote itself isn't. But for (say) wiring up a new build house, with a full work-up based on architectural plans... yeah we may need to consider charging for our time to prepare that kind of quote.

Don't worry! If we do ask for a quote fee, you will receive a partial or full credit (offset) for any amount paid. This will be reflected in your final bill for the job.
